Covid-19 Response
We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within restaurant “Anagennisis” and operate in accordance with the recommendations by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (NPHO).
We have successfully participated in the educational programme regarding the National Hygiene Protocols and regulations concerning tourism and food and beverage enterprises, under the framework of preventive actions for the new Coronavirus and Covid-19 disease. The educational programme was implemented by KEK Gennimatas LLL Training Centre and the South Aegean Region.
Also, we have successfully completed certified training on the new rules of hygiene & safety for the operation of mass catering companies organized by the Chamber of Cyclades.

Unused disposable products are discarded following guest departure.
High standards of food safety and hygiene, as well as strict personal hygiene policies for our staff will be followed.
